• Assorted Roasts (approx. 3–5 lbs) – May include chuck, rump, arm, or sirloin tip

• Assorted Steaks (2 steaks) – NY Strips and/ or Boneless Delmonicos Ribeyes

• Bonus Cuts – A random mix of either stew meat, short ribs, minute steaks, burger patties, or soup bones
